Effective September 1, 2005, Mission Valley Bancorp’s stock began trading on the Bulletin Board in the over-the-counter market with the new symbol “MVLY.”   As of December 31, 2011 there were approximately 250 shareholders of record and 2,615,386 shares of common stock as well as 458,000 shares of preferred stock issued and outstanding.
