Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative whose primary objective is to deliver excellent customer service by tending to customers’ banking needs. The Customer Service Representative performs teller functions in accordance with policies, procedures and compliance, builds client relationships to meet and exceed referral goals by suggesting bank products and services to current and prospective clients, follows all cash control procedures, and consistently balances their teller window timely and accurately.

In part, the requirements for the position of Customer Service Representative include a High School diploma or equivalent experience, the use of effective verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment with limited supervision.

Experienced Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our fast paced Head Office. As Operations Manager you will work closely with the Mission Valley Bank's management. This role is responsible for overseeing a strong team including Branch Utility, Financial Service and Customer Service Representatives, ensuring that your team enjoys performing at their best. Our bank's goal is to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and accountability.

In part, the requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years prior experience in overseeing Branch Operations, in addition to experience working in vault, customer service, and new accounts. Our future Operations Manager must also possess and display strong supervisory and leadership skills, develop good relationships with employees and customers, maintain a high level of detail and accuracy, and be able to multi task, prioritize, and work quickly in a busy team environment. Strong computer, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills required. Bilingual / Spanish language skills preferred.

Loan Servicing A/R Specialist

Mission Valley Bank is seeking an experienced banking Loan Servicing A/R Specialist to be located in Valencia. The Loan Servicing A/R Specialist is responsible to process and balance accounts receivable financing, and E-Factoring for an assigned portfolio.

In part, requirements include 1-3 years’ experience working in loan servicing, with knowledge of all loan servicing functions. Must possess strong customer service, computer, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Accounting experience is desired.
