Branch Utility

Mission Valley Bank is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a Branch Utility position. As a Branch Utility, your primary objectives include consistently delivering excellent customer service, handling a variety of client transactions and promoting both customer service and sales. The successful candidate will participate in coaching, motivating, training and developing Customer Service Representatives in the sales & service of bank products as well as organizing and participating in branch campaign activities.

In part, the requirements of this position include 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Vault Teller experience as well as New Accounts. This position also requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize and function well in a busy team environment with limited supervision. Strong interpersonal, computer as well as verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative whose primary objective is to deliver excellent customer service by tending to customers’ banking needs. The Customer Service Representative performs teller functions in accordance with policies, procedures and compliance, builds client relationships to meet and exceed referral goals by suggesting bank products and services to current and prospective clients, follows all cash control procedures, and consistently balances their teller window timely and accurately.

In part, the requirements for the position of Customer Service Representative include a High School diploma or equivalent experience, the use of effective verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment with limited supervision.
