Branch Operations Supervisor

We are searching for an experienced Branch Operations Supervisor to deliver and promote excellent customer service and sales by tending to customer’s banking needs. The Branch Operations Supervisor, in the absence of the Branch Manager, will oversee the operation of the branch, ensuring all operation functions are accurately completed and properly performed by the staff.

In part, the requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ supervisory experience in Branch Operations, including vault, customer service, and new accounts. Must possess strong supervisory and leadership skills, and must be able to multi task, prioritize and function in a team environment. Strong computer, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skill required. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Financial Services Representative

We are looking for a Financial Services Representative that possesses excellent sales skills and is dedicated to consistently delivering excellent customer service while tending to our clients’ banking needs.

A Mission Valley Bank Financial Services Representative, has an important role in building relationships with our clients; listening to their financial needs and helping them to determine what products and services best fit those needs. The responsibilities of a Financial Services Representative include opening new accounts, introducing clients to additional products and services, such as online banking, cash management, overdraft protection, as well as assisting with various requests related to account maintenance.

Requirements, in part, includes an Associate of Arts Degree or equivalent experience, the ability to multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment with limited supervision, and must possess strong verbal communication skills.

Merchant Bankcard Specialist

Mission Valley Bank is seeking an experienced and sales focused Merchant Bankcard Specialist, equipped to drive sales by generating new merchant relationships resulting in increased growth, market penetration and profitability. The Merchant Bankcard Specialist will be responsible for all bankcard products and projects. In part, the Merchant Bankcard Specialist will handle customer service calls, terminal programming setup, technical support, and Merchant PCI compliance.

Mission Valley Bank’s Merchant Bankcard Specialist must consistently deliver the highest level of customer service and support, have the ability to multi task, prioritize and function in a team environment, as well as work independently to meet sales goals. Strong computer, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are a must. An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
