E-Banking Specialist

We are searching for an E-Banking Specialist to join our Valencia Team. A Mission Valley Bank E-Banking Specialist provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to our clients as well as our staff. Working with the E-Banking Manager, a Specialists is responsible to research, make recommendations and resolve client issues / disputes relating to ATM and debit card transactions, perform client system setup and training for all electronic banking services, as well as process Reg E claims for ATM and debit card disputes.

Requirements, in part, include a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in bank operations with knowledge of banking regulations as well as strong computer, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Financial Services Representative

We are looking for a Financial Services Representative that possesses excellent sales skills and is dedicated to consistently delivering excellent customer service while tending to our clients’ banking needs.

A Mission Valley Bank Financial Services Representative, has an important role in building relationships with our clients; listening to their financial needs and helping them to determine what products and services best fit those needs. The responsibilities of a Financial Services Representative include opening new accounts, introducing clients to additional products and services, such as online banking, cash management, overdraft protection, as well as assisting with various requests related to account maintenance.

Requirements, in part, includes an Associate of Arts Degree or equivalent experience, the ability to multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment with limited supervision, and must possess strong verbal communication skills.
